BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit, subway/metro system)
BART is available from both airports.
Bus (SFMTA / Muni)
Most MUNI buses, trollies and street cars run about every 20 minutes will drop you off within a block of either SF Summit House or SF Castro House.
SuperShuttle from the airport
You can board one of the SuperShuttle vans at the airport. Our experience with this service has been good. Their drivers are courteous, they are a cheaper alternative to taking a taxi, and they will drop you off at our door.

Discount Muni Passports
Discounted Muni Passports are available for purchase at several locations. They are good for unlimited rides on Muni, including cable cars. 3-day and 7-day Passports are good for three or seven consecutive days and may include admission to several museums and a bay cruise.
